She has a track record of successfully managing large, complex, multi-site aged care operations, heading key strategic transformational and technology initiatives, revenue generation and optimisation, leading corporate services functions, managing mergers, acquisitions and growth. Shilpa is a Christian and regularly worships at the OLR parish in Kenmore. She is well aligned to CofC’s values and is committed to our success.
