ANACC Funding Manager
Respect Care
I am a Registered Nurse and the Funding and Documentation Manager for national not-for-profit aged care provider, Respect. My career of 30 years has been exclusively in aged care, and I have experience across clinical care, management, quality governance, and consultancy.
My journey through these roles has led to a strong focus on funding, where I’ve developed processes and a confident understanding that aligns financial sustainability with high-quality care delivery. In my experience, it is essential that the relationship between the business of aged care and the care itself is understood and supported.
True organisational success depends on both elements working in harmony, with mutual respect and consideration. I believe that when care and business are integrated thoughtfully, we can ensure both exceptional service for residents and long-term viability for providers.
