Andrew’s quest to align his passion, faith, mission and business leadership skills in a setting where he can give back to the community was realised when he joined Baptcare in 2021 as CFO where his extensive business, commercial and technical capabilities are well evidenced. His last role as Executive Director Finance (CFO) with Delaware North, a large multinational Leisure, Hospitality, Accommodation and Gaming Group based in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore where he was appointed to reestablish business culture, develop professional standards within the support functions and collaborate with the Senior Executive Team to enhance commercial relationships and identify and implement robust growth and financial investment strategies. He has and still serves on boards locally and internationally.
